Hello and welcome to my site.

I offer a large variety of collars, for pets both large and small, from fancy, fun and bright fabric to more subtle simpler patterns to fit all your pet needs. I also offer dog harnesses, leashes, coats and accessories.

I am often asked why “A Little Unique” the name came about because my last name is Little and when I started my craft business I sold more than just pet items.

I hope you enjoy your visit.

How I Make My Collars, Harnesses, and Leashes.

My collars, strap harnesses, and leashes are handmade from 4 folded layers of 100% cotton fabrics with a heavy duty craft bond fused interfacing. All collars and strap harnesses are now sewn with nylon/polyester #69 sun guard industrial thread with reinforced stitching at all stress points. All hardware sets are top quality, acetal side released curved buckles, solid nickel plated d-ring and slip locks. All of my leashes feature a steel welded nickel swivel bolt snap, so your leash won't get twisted.

My fabric vests are made with two layers of fabric and a light weight fusible interfacing. They attach at the neck and chest with an industrial strength velcro closure. The d-ring is attached with a strap, which is made the same as my collars. All fabric vests are available with an acetal side release curved buckle at the neck for extra safety, if you need it.

Care: My collars, harnesses, and leashes are all hand or machine washable and air dry. If necessary, you may iron on medium heat. I do not preshrink my fabrics so it is best to allow your collar, harness or leash to line dry. (Because of the metal d-ring on my products it may not be suitable for your washing machine, which is why I place mine in a small mesh laundry bag.)

You can also keep items clean between washings by treating them with a fabric protector, such as Scotch Guard, after each washing.
